In recent years, more and more people in Washington are beginning to feel the pinch that has come with the overall economic downturn in the United States. People with debt who have lost their jobs or have been injured are finding it more difficult to pay off that debt while making monthly payments on their homes, cars and other property. Investors have seen many illegal practices come to light that were used by financial advisors to cheat consumers out of significant value.
